In order for all the initiatives we implement to save, educate, care for, and nurture our children to be sustainable and therefore successful in the long term, it is essential that they also trigger a real and profound change in the entire community. Parents, families, and teachers who interact with our children must change their approach to childhood, so that educating children becomes a priority for mothers and fathers, so that the safety of these children is at the center of the community's interest, and so that their healthy growth becomes the mission of their peer group.

Every year, around 16 million Indian children are not even recognized as individuals: their births, which take place on the sidewalk or in slums, to illiterate parents, are not registered. This lack of recognition marks their entire lives, as it means they are excluded from any system of assistance and public services. As the child is not registered at the registry office, they are not entitled to schooling, medical care, or even an official report to the police in the event of violence or disappearance. In all our projects, we work to inform and educate families and parents about the importance of these bureaucratic steps for their children's future.
