In West Bengal, access to clean water is a dream for millions of families; In addition to this, arsenic contamination in sources is another widespread problem and can cause cardiovascular disease, skin lesions and other health problems.

To deal with this urgency, in 2022 we built a well in the countryside where we are already present with school support: 2000 families live here who live in situations of extreme poverty.

The well we built is powered by solar panels: the solar energy pumps are powered by photovoltaic panels that produce the energy necessary for operation, ideal for those locations where the electricity grid does not arrive or is often interrupted by monsoons.
